Investigations 

Professor Kleinberger has been conducting independent investigations into alleged business misconduct for more than 25 years. He has done so in both closely held and publicly traded entities, including banks and insurance companies.  He investigates sometimes as special counsel to a board of directors and sometimes as a member of or counsel to a special litigation committee (SLC).
